How to get flat tummy with homemade ingredients

Ingredients

1 large Ginger

1 large Lemon

6 to 7 cup of clean Water

1 big Cucumber

Method 1:

In jar, add 6 to 7cups of clean water

1 tbsp of grated or blended ginger1 cucumber,

sliced1 lemon, sliced

Let it rest overnight

Drink it all the next day every morning before eating and last thing before going to bed.

Method 2:

Cut ginger lemon and cucumber,

Put in a cup add hot water leave in for 15minutes,

then drink every morning and night.

You will be shocked at the result.
