Requirements for the Admission Process

Before moving to the online application platform, applicants must have the following

1. Valid personal email
2. Valid personal mobile phone number
3. Scanned copies of certified diplomas and transcripts
4. A digital passport photo with the following requirements:
5. Picture Dimension must be 450 x 450 pixels
6. The file format for the passport picture
7. must be a jpeg
8. All supporting document must be a pdf
9. Full face, front view and opened eyes.
10. Make sure photo presents full head from top of hair to shoulders.
11. Take photo in plain white or off-white background.
12. Avoid shadows on the face or background.
13. Do not wear sunglasses or hats

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

SSSCE Certificate……..holders must
possess six (6) credit passes or better (A-D) in three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science, as well as three (3) relevant elective subjects (Elective Maths, Auto Mechanics, Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing.) with a total aggregate of 36 or better

WASSCE Certificate…..holders must
possess six (6) credit passes or better (A1- C6) in three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science, as well as three (3) relevant elective subjects(Elective Maths, Auto Mechanics, Physics, Chemistry, Technical Drawing,) with a total aggregate of 3Certificate

SSSCE Certificate.……. holders must possess six (6) credit passes or better (A-D) in three (3) Core Subjects: English Language, Mathematics and Integrated Science or Social Studies, as well as three (3) relevant elective subjects with a total aggregate of 36 or better………holders

MATURED Students……. Applicant who want to apply as a matured Student should be 25years by 1st September 2022, Showing original Birth Certificate, Voters ID, School Certificate. Applicant admission will be determine after writing the Matured Entrance Exams organized by the school.

NABPTEX Student…. Applicant holding Nabptex certificate can also apply if student have three credit in Elective Certificate and three credit in Core Certificate NOTE: Nabptex student can also apply as Matured Student if He/She meet the Matured Requirement.

TVET Applicants………One of the following qualifications: Automotive Technology. Motor Vehicle Technician III (MVT III), Engineering Technician III (MET III), Construction Technology, Construction Technician Certificate III and Mechanical Technology, Mechanical, Electricals/Electronics Technology; Electrical, Technician Engineering.

POST-DIPLOMA APPLICANTS (Diploma Holders)….. They must possess a Higher National Diploma or its equivalence in a relevant field of study from a recognized institution. (Successful Post-Diploma applicants may be placed at Level 200 or 300 of the four-year degree programme depending on their academic qualifications)
