1. Take 4-5 medium-sized okro and wash it thoroughly.

2. You need to Cut both ends of the okro and slice them in half.

3. Then, fill a cup with water and immerse the okro in it.

4. Keep the okro soaked in water for 8 hours. Note that you can also keep it soaked in water for 24 hours if you prefer to do so.

5. Next morning, or after 24 hours, squeeze the okro into the water and throw the okro away once you do so.
